This very nice and luxuriously decorated house with a pool has three floors. The facility is equipped with video surveillance, video intercom, optical internet, and wireless internet is available throughout the house. Among other equipment, we can single out the alarm system, fire alarm, SATV, solar-heated sanitary water, automatic irrigation, private laundry, and outdoor pool heating. In front of the house are four parking spaces secured by video surveillance. The facility is currently in the function of tourist rental, but it is also adapted for family life.
On the ground floor, there is one bedroom, living room, kitchen with dining area, bathroom, and a covered terrace. In front is an outdoor pool with a large sun deck and laundry and engine room which are separate. The distance to the bus station is about a hundred meters, and the town center and the beach are about 15 minutes walk.
